We had a fantastic stay at Armand’s place. The apartment itself was modern, clean and well equipped. My husband and I like to explore cities by foot and so this place suited us well as everything was within walking distance. Armand was fantastic to deal with and was always contactable. We would recommend this apartment to friends and family.
Armand is a great communicator who will do anything to make your stay pleasurable. Don’t hesitate to reach out for any questions or recommendations because he will gladly help! The building is stunningly modern and the suit it self is even better. My friend and I kept saying how much we love it here, we didn’t want to leave. My host was amazing!! he received me in person with a big smile (which I really appreciated after a long flight) and was super helpful and responsive before and during my stay. The place was spotless!!! I felt at home, everything I needed was there (including an iron and board set!) The apartment is cozy and confortable, modern and well equipped If I ever came back to Vancouver I would go straight to this apartment.
Armand is top notch, no doubt about it – flexible with timing and nothing short of incredibly accommodating in all interactions Great value in my personal favorite part of the city. At the corner of Chinatown just on the other side of a short 1/3 mile (1/2 kilometer) bridge that is actually quite a lovely walk over a river. It allows a more restful quite then the heart of downtown but remains remarkably accessible with a couple of my favorite spots in the immediate neighborhood – Benny’s Market, The Union, and Pizzeria Farina amongst other amazing places to be in the neighboring areas. I’d definitely recommend a social drink and bite at Chill Winston in Gastown as well if that tickles your fancy. A comfortable bed, a pull out couch, full amenities, and a shower that is instantly hot, it’s hard to imagine a disappointing stay at this full on modern apartment in beautiful Strathcona. There is no doubt that I will be reaching out to Armand again for my next trip up to the gorgeous city of Vancouver. Great value for a place to lay your head and have a fantastic destination to embark on your outward journey’s.
Armand’s and Co’s place was exactly what we wanted. It was close to a really diverse and interesting part of the city and enabled us to get a great ‘sense’ of this wonderful part of the world. The accommodation was excellent and Armand was very helpful and prompt in all communications. Definitely would recommend!
The stay here was wonderful! This suite is in the heart of downtown Vancouver, only a short walk to a variety of restaurants and places to shop, and any essentials you might need are also very close with grocery and drug stores within a kilometer, door-to-door. It’s also very close to a number of different bus stops as well as the Skytrain, but you will enjoy peace and quiet during your stay. The suite itself is fully equipped with all of the essentials, the furniture and other decor lend itself to the suite’s aesthetic, and all of the appliances were fully functional without issue. It comes with just about everything you’d want out of a place like this. If you’re looking for comfort, whether you’re travelling for business or for leisure, the value and convenience of this suite can’t be understated. Our host was also second to none and really rounded out the experience with prompt assistance and consistent communication that made for an unforgettable trip. Bring an umbrella for sure, but otherwise you’ll be more than happy staying here!

This place is a gem. The suite is clean, comfy, homey, and convenient. It was like a home away from home. The building itself is very cool and modern. There are numerous services and amenities within a short walking distance. The location in Chinatown is very cool. There is a lot to see just in Chinatown. There are restaurants, great coffee shops, and cool shopping within a few blocks of the building itself. It is only a 10 minute walk to downtown Vancouver where you’ll find great shopping, theatres, movie theatres, and so much great food to choose from. Thadeus picked us up at the airport and is a great host. He’s a really friendly guy and easy to converse with. He showed us the suite when he dropped us off and made sure we had everything we needed. I really loved this modern suite with everything you need. When I return to Vancouver I will check to see if this place is available first. I highly recommend it.
Fantastic host and suite. The suite is modern and very well equipped. Everything you could possibly need was present and was impeccably clean. The location is fantastic and there is plenty of free street parking a block away (including spaces with no time restriction). Great restaurants close by with a downtown location. Armand was very kind and considerate. He was able to accommodate a request for a delayed check out which really made our trip. We would unreservedly recommend this suite.
Traveling with my girlfriend thru Vancouver with a car, this 3 bedroom place beat the price for any hotel room in the area by far. Great value! Walking notes: 25 mins to gas town, 10 min to bike rental ($5/hour), 13 min walk to Davie Street, grocery store down the street. Robson is the nearest busy street however it is mostly shopping and some food options here and there. Beds were comfy, place was clean. All around a great stay!
Armand & Co’s Thadeus was a wonderful host. His responses were quick and he was plenty accommodating. A great guy to communicate with. This place is just as the pictures depict. The location is ideal for tourist attractions being close by, however being in Chinatown it is a little sketchy. But for the price and central location it’s a steal compared to hotels and other listings. As well, we paid for their parking pass which was only $10/day to park in the parkade next door, but just a heads up the gate closes at 8pm which did happen to restrict our outings a tad. Other than that, this place was a great spot for my boyfriend and I to crash at while we explored Vancouver!
Beautiful and centrally located. The public transportation here is so great, and this location is wonderful for anyone using it regularly. While it’s not downtown, there was so much to do around here, and we basically ate at a different restaurant every meal over the course of seven days….all within a few blocks! Coffee shop right next door, restaurants and bars too! Such a great value, will absolutely stay here again in the future! Thank you so much!
